Got my start in hip-hop / rap in the late 80s to the mid 90s, trying to find the records that my favorite producers were sampling & branching out to many musical universes, I was inspired to start making my own music: beats, sound collages, songs, etc. with a couple of Technics 1200s, a ton of records, a cheap sampler, some pedals, a few random instruments & a 4 track cassette recorder.

These beats are a long overdue return to my roots, A collection of tracks from the last 10 years or so that are some sort of blend of old school / new school / no school. Bump these loud in your car or headphones or on some big speakers. Peace! *
